Work to improve for next time, but don't dwell too long on this one. Also, realize that your audience rarely perceives your mistakes as acutely as you do. But please don’t beat yourself up over “irrational” fears. Fear is hard-wired into us humans, which is why screaming “Don’t be scared!” doesn’t help much! So be kind to yourself.
