		<description>Try to find the things that went well in the presentation, not just the things that went wrong. Work to improve for next time, but don&#039;t dwell too long on this one. Also, realize that your audience rarely perceives your mistakes as acutely as you do. Fear is hard-wired into us humans, which is why screaming “Don’t be scared!” doesn’t help much!  So be kind to yourself.  Focus compassionately on root causes, rather than symptoms, and you will do great.  Best of luck!</description>
